This was about when The King of Nepal was in power. I don’t know if he had his picture put there or somebody in power wanted to impress the King. The larger than life poster was taken down eventually, I guess on the same day. That is sick.
The larger than life poster of The King was put on the top of the tallest tower, Dharahara.
